The package uses a neat 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) interface.Tube external packaging.Qualified to operate within 0°C~70°C.With the help of OTP, it can be programmed.The voltage fed to it is 4.75V~5.25V.Mounted in Surface Mount is this memory device.Data storage is limited to a size of 36kb bytes.XC1736E will give you other related parts.There is a voltage requirement of 5V for supplying it with power.FPGA is possible to connect different functions on the 8 axis at different terminations.A maximum voltage of 5.25V can be applied to this memory device.There must be a minimum voltage of 4.75V to supply the device with the power it needs.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 225.8 pins are located on the board.In this memory, data is transmitted using the SERIAL process.In order for a memory chip to function properly, it must be subjected to a voltage of not more than 0.01mA.8 pins are set with the part.Using a 10MHz frequency, this memory IC can work at high speeds.The I/O configuration of the memory is COMMON.In order to obtain the best performance, it is recommended to use a 5V power supply.Thus, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included to better serve customers.
