As part of the 238-LFBGA, CSPBGA package, it is included. FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is the component of this type of FPGA. Having 106 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. There are 33208 logic elements/cells to form a fundamental building block. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 1V volts is required. FPGA parts like this belong to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. In order for it to operate, the supply voltage must be 0.95V~1.05V . There are many types of FPGAs in the Artix-7 series, this is one of them. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of 0°C~85°C TJ. A total of 106 outputs are incorporated into this device. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tray. In total, it has 236 terminations on each end. There are 1843200 RAM bits that are available with this device. For the program to work properly, the RAM si225kBe of this FPGA module must reach 225kB GB in order to ensure normal operation. 236 pins are designed into the device.
