XCCACE-TQ144I Overview


It is packaged with the materials of Tray. In order to conserve space on the board, it is located in the 144-LQFP. This is a high quality and reliable type of CompactFlash. -40°C~85°C should be set as the operating temperature. It is necessary to provide voltage to 2.25V~3.6V for the device to operate normally.
