FPGA uses a neat 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package.Packaging for the external environment.-40°C~85°C-qualified.This device can be programmed using In System Programmable.There is a voltage of 3V~3.6V applied to the device.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 1Mb bytes.Search "XCF*S" for related parts.The supply voltage is 3.3V.Different types of 20 terminations are available with different functions.FPGA is possible to use this memory device wFPGAh a maximum voltage of 3.6V.To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 3V is a must.FPGA is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip that we are talking about here.In reflow soldering procedure, the temperature should be controlled to no higher than 225.FPGA has pins on the 20 axis.As a result of the SERIAL process, data is transmitted from this memory.For the memory chip to operate, it requires a voltage not exceeding 0.01mA.Parts come with 20 pins.The use of 1.8/3.33V power supplies is recommended.A 3.3V application is recommended before using the part in a circuit to ensure the part runs safely and reliably.More specifically, it's a kind of Flash Memories.
