XMC4100F64K128ABXQSA1 Overview


To save space, it is included in the 64-LQFP Exposed Pad package. The way of Surface Mount is used to mount it. It is available in the Tray package. A ARM? Cortex?-M4 core processor powers the device. The temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TA while working. Memory type FLASH is used for program memory. A total of 35 I/Os are present. At QUAD, it has its terminals. Currently, it consists of 64 terminationals. There are a number of electrical components in the XMC4000 series, including this one. Because of the 3.3V voltage of the supply, high efficiency can be achieved. In this gadget, MICROCONTROLLER, RISC is the device's uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. The structure is composed of 64 pins.
