With a packing size of 64-DIP (0.750, 19.05mm), this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Tube. The CPU has 1 Core 8-Bit cores/Bus width. Understand how the operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA is determined. Z180 is its series number. The CPU is cored by a processor with a number of 0 cores. The CPU contains DRAM RAM controllers. This microprocessor has ASCI, CSIO, UART interfaces to serve you better. The CPU runs I/O at 5.0V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. There are 64 terminations totally. Using a 5V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. A 10MHz frequency is used by the CPU. 64 pin functions are described in the datasheets. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 8b. Micro processor body consists of 64 pins.
