The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 68-LCC (J-Lead), making it easy to ship internationally. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. CPUs have 1 Core 8-Bit cores/bus width. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. It comes from the Z180 series. Core-wise, this CPU has a Z8L180 processor. The CPU uses DRAM RAM controllers. This microprocessor features ASCI, CSIO, UART interfaces to better serve its users. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 3.3V. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. A total of 68 terminations have been recorded. Turning on and running the embedded microprocessor with a 5V voltage supply should be possible. 8-Bit is its architecture. There is 20MHz frequency set for the CPU. To learn about the functions of the pins 68 please refer to their datasheets. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 8b. There are 68 pins injected into the embedded microprocessor body.
