The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 80-BQFP. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tray is used. Cores/Bus width of the CPU is 1 Core 8-Bit . Extended operating temperature around -40°C~100°C TA. From the Z180 series. With a core count of Z8S180, this CPU is multicore. This CPU uses DRAM RAM controllers. This microprocessor is equipped with an interface of ASCI, CSIO, UART. There is 5.0V I/O running on this CPU. There is MICROPROCESSOR MICROPROCESSOR in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. There are 80 terminations totally. Using a 5V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. The architecture of the microprocessor is 8-bit. A CPU operates at a frequency of 20MHz. For functions of 80 pins, please refer to the datasheets. As a Microprocessors, this cpu microprocessor is typical. To transfer data, there are 8b bandwidths available.
