The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 80-BQFP for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. CPUs have 1 Core 8-Bit cores/bus width. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~100°C TA. Z180 is its series number. The CPU is powered by a Z8S180 core. This CPU uses DRAM RAM controllers. This microprocessor features ASCI, CSIO, UART interfaces to better serve its users. 5.0V is the I/O speed of this CPU. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is MICROPROCESSOR. There are 80 terminations totally. Turning on and running the embedded microprocessor with a 5V voltage supply should be possible. This microprocessor has an architecture of 8 bits. A 33MHz frequency is used by the CPU. For information about 80 pins, please refer to the datasheet. An example of a Microprocessors embedded microprocessor.
