The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 68-LCC (J-Lead). A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tube. CPUs have 1 Core 8-Bit cores/bus width. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~100°C TA. It comes from the Z180 series. A Z8S180 processor powers this CPU. It has DRAM RAM controllers. The microprocessor features interfaces ASCI, CSIO, UART for better service. This CPU runs I/O at 5.0V. A MICROPROCESSOR represents the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 68. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 5V voltage supply. This microprocessor has an architecture of 8 bits. A 33MHz frequency is used by the CPU. For information about 68 pins, please refer to the datasheet. In order to transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 8b. An injection of 68 pins is performed inside the body of the micro processor.
