A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its DFN package.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Mosfet driver consists of 10 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is to be mounted.When designing, the device is configured with 10 pins.There is an output current limit of 3.2A for this device.A board with 10 component pins is available.125°C is the maximum acceptable operating temperature.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.Its maximum operating voltage is 7.5V.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.The device operates on a voltage of 110μA as the supply voltage.As a result, it has adopted SWITCHING CONTROLLER as its analog integrated circuit.
