A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it.There is a package for it in the TO-261-4, TO-261AA package.It has been mounted as Surface Mount on the LED driver.A General Purpose switch type is owned by it.In order to guarantee reliable performance, the temperature should be set to -40°C~150°C TJ.The lighting driver is equipped with 1 outputs that can be used.Operation is based on Not Required supply voltage.The maximum output voltage is N-Channel volts.Currently, the LED driving board is equipped with Auto Restart features.It contains 4 terminations.The maximum output current is reduced to 1.6A to meet the operation criteria.The INTELLIFET? series includes this electrical component.By using this lighting driver, it is also possible to produce HIGH RELIABILITY.It is worth noting that there are a total of 1 elements.SWITCHING transistors are applied to the lighting driver.
